Meet our founder
Anouar led cross-functional teams for two of the industry’s top telecom equipment manufacturers to successfully roll out 3G in Tunisia and Algeria, Africa’s largest country, as well as 4G in Jordan across more than 1000 new site builds and over 2000 swaps.
Anouar’s extensive field engineering work includes the installation of base stations and microwave links, and the complex tasks of deploying, integrating, and closing out projects, often in challenging and dynamic environments, always delivering ahead of strict deadlines.
In California, while maintaining excellent client relations, Anouar built a wireless department from the ground up, supporting and facilitating his crews’ efforts to bring 5G to the Bay Area while simultaneously serving Extenet, Modus and Ericsson upgrading the existing infrastructure for T-Mobile, AT&T, Verizon, and Dish. Anouar managed financial planning, and budgeting, site walks, bids, permitting, RFQs, material procurement, inventory management, change orders, invoicing, and successfully generating close-out packages.
